Common Questions & Answers

Who can enter the competition?
Any South African resident aged 18 years or older. You’ll need valid proof of identification if requested. Employees and immediate family of TimBuild and its partners are unfortunately not eligible.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes! Every transaction of R250 or more earns you a separate entry. The more you shop, the better your chances.
When is the grand prize draw?
The national grand prize draw will take place no later than 30 July 2026. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
Does the prize include installation?
The prize covers kitchen materials (boards, surfaces, and hardware) cut and edged to your specifications, including delivery. Assembly, installation, plumbing, and electrical work are not included.
Can I exchange the prize for cash?
No, the prize may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products. It is awarded strictly as kitchen makeover materials as described.
What if my store doesn't have the Expect More Rewards system?
Stores without the rewards system will have sealed entry boxes. Simply fill in your full name, contact details, and invoice number on an entry slip and drop it in the box.
